The AirMagnet End User License Agreement (EULA) allows the end-user to operate a full version of the AirMagnet Software on a single computer at a time, for use only with the MAC address of the wireless adapter or ethernet adapter, as registered with AirMagnet. Specific situations, such as loss or damage to the registered wireless adapter, may warrant a request, by the end-user, to change the registered, licensed MAC address. Authorized requests will be allowed during the initial 30-day grace period, beginning from the date of activation. Once the grace period has ended, approval for additional requests will be handled on a case-by-case basis and is NOT automatic. Only customers under support can request for MAC resets.
