AirMagnet VoFi Analyzer delivers a simple top-down view into your voice deployment, clearly displaying all calls and roaming events.   • Integration with Cisco Call Manager and Call Manager Express (versions 4.x and earlier) — Enables the VoFi Analyzer to retrieve end-user information such as name and phone number as well as wire-side diagnostic information such as latency, lost packets and call termination reasons.
  • Integration with Cisco and Spectralink Phones — Enables the VoFi Analyzer to receive diagnostic information directly from Cisco 7921 and Spectralink phones via Syslog. This provides invaluable insight into the actual performance and the end-user phone which can be correlated with data seen in the air and on the wire.

With this integration, users are now powered with the industry's first true voice-grade site survey product for wireless, that helps them perform real-world voice surveys* to validate and plot the phone call performance, capacity, RF coverage and roaming behavior at every location on a floor map.

This map-based view of the phone call quality not only identifies the call issues & their probable causes, but also points out particular areas on the floor, that may are experiencing the low call quality. Users can track roaming behavior of the phones in a floor-map view and plan their future deployment decisions to mitigate any negative impact on the phone call performance due to roaming.
