AirMagnet's VoFi Analyzer is the industry's only solution purpose-built for troubleshooting voice-over-WLAN problems in the field. Unlike traditional voice over wi-fi solutions, VoFi Analyzer enables staff to measure call quality in real-time, automatically detect and troubleshoot the sources of voice problems,
even on fully encrypted wireless networks. VoFi Analyzer addresses all aspects of wireless voice and diagnoses issues rooted in the end-user's phone, QoS problems, RF problems, WLAN problems and even wired network problems associated with Voice over Wi-Fi. AirMagnet VoFi PRO provides additional integration with leading voice solutions from Cisco, Spectralink and Vocera for complete end-to-end call analysis.

AirMagnet VoFi Analyzer delivers a simple top-down view into your voice deployment, clearly displaying all calls and roaming events. The voice over wi-fi solution automatically audits your WLAN to verify all Quality-of-Service and 802.11e settings are configured correctly and identifies any QoS traffic problems. All calls are automatically identified, tracked and scored in terms of WiMOS Scores and WiR-Values, making it easy to see problem areas in the network.

- The AirWISE® module automatically identifies the root causes of 60 different VoFi problems and explains the situation in detail. Each alert names what devices or network setting caused the issue and recommends potential solutions. With the built-in AirWISE Expert, users can vastly reduce the amount of time needed to identify and resolve problems for their end users.
- AirWISE includes 60 alerts covering all critical areas of wireless voice including: QoS implementation errors, overloaded AP/Channel, high packet-error rate, excessive roaming, AP interference, dropped calls, line busy, high retry rates, one-way audio problems and much more.

AirMagnet VoFi PRO
- Contains all features in the standard version of AirMagnet VoFi plus integration with leading voice solutions from Cisco, Spectralink and Vocera.
- Integration with Cisco Call Manager and Call Manager Express — Enables the VoFi Analyzer to retrieve end-user information such as name and phone number as well as wire-side diagnostic information such as latency, lost packets and call termination reasons.
- Integration with Cisco and Spectralink Phones — Enables the VoFi Analyzer to receive diagnostic information directly from Cisco 7921 and Spectralink phones via Syslog. This provides invaluable insight into the actual performance and the end-user phone which can be correlated with data seen in the air and on the wire.
- Integration with Vocera Server — Synchronizes the VoFi Analyzer with user information stored in the Vocera server for simple user identification in AirMagnet troubleshooting sessions.

- Cisco Syslog Integration — Users can configure their Cisco 7921 phones to send diagnostic Syslog messages directly form the phone to the AirMagnet VoFi Analyzer for analysis and visualization. This feature is available only in VoFi Analyzer PRO.

- Follow Phone (Phone Tracking) — Enables the application to lock onto a particular phone and follow that particular device through any number of roams for detailed phone analysis and troubleshooting.
- Roaming Visibility — The VoFi Analyzer now includes the option to show all device roaming events making it easy to see when and where devices roamed, while also exposing devices that roam too often or "thrash" between APs.
- 802.11a Support — No supports scanning of 802.11a devices and channels with supported wireless adapter.
- New Charts and Galleries — AirMagnet VoFi now includes the option to plot over 50 key voice metrics including Syslog data.
- Roaming and Alarm Indications — Charts also include visual markers of voice alarms and roaming events to help correlate key events with diagnostic trends.
VoFi Analyzer PRO is a separate version of the VoFi Analyzer that includes all the features found in Standard version plus integrations with leading voice solutions including Cisco, Spectralink and Vocera. VoFi Analyzer PRO offers the ability to retrieve important wire-side diagnostic and user information from Cisco Call Manager and Call Manager Express. The solution also can receive phone-side diagnostic information via Syslog from supported Spectralink Netlink 8000 phones. The solution also integrates with Vocera server deployments to synchronize user and badge information managed by the Vocera server.
Customers with valid support contracts can download the latest software directly from
MyAirMagnet. When upgrading, users will need to obtain a new software license. A new A2200 license can be downloaded directly from the MyAirMagnet website. Users with an A2205 license will need to obtain an A2215 license, which will be provided at no charge. Please contact AirMagnet sales or your preferred AirMagnet Reseller to obtain this new license.
