All products purchased through the AirMagnet online store will be delivered electronically via email. No physical packages will be sent.

You will receive 2 emails. One email containing your MyAirMagnet username and password information for access to product download, license files, and documentation. The other email will contain your invoice and order confirmation number.
Please ensure you entered the correct email address for properly delivery.

1. TRAINING SESSION CANCELLATIONS
AirMagnet Academy Cancellation Policy:
Persons looking to cancel their attendance of an AirMagnet Academy class are subject to the following terms and conditions. Registrants who cancel ten (10) business days before the course will be entitled the full refund. Class registrants who cancel between five (5) and nine (9) business days before the course will receive a 50% refund of the course fee. Registrants who cancel less than five (5) business days before the course are not entitled to a refund.
All cancellations are required to be in writing and sent to an AirMagnet representative. AirMagnet reserves the right to cancel or reschedule any course if necessary.
Provide us with your order confirmation and we will credit you with a full refund.
Please allow 5 -7 business days to process credits.
2. DEFECTIVE PRODUCT RETURNED WITHIN 90 DAYS OF PURCHASE.
Defective products claims must be made within 90 days of purchase.
A product is defective if the product does not provide the facilities, functions, or features generally described in the documentation accompanying the product or as advertised on our website, or if our technical support team cannot resolve the issue.
A defective product claim must be opened and approved for return through our Technical Support team.
Please contact our Technical Support team within 90 days from date of purchase to request a RMA #.

Refund process for downloadable products
In order to process a return, please follow the following steps:

2. Complete the Software Descruction Agreement (SDA) and return to the returns department following the instructions provided.
3 . Once the Software Descruction Agreement (SDA) is received, we will begin processing a credit within 5 to 7 business days.
Please Note:
1. The AiMagnet Online Store uses the credit card authorization approval time stamp to determine product and service return eligibility.
2. Requests for refund after the eligible return period will NOT be accepted.
